To cut down on wait times, Phone, Skype and FaceTime are proven to be just as accurate as in person. I should be able to read you within a few days to 1 week unless noted on my website. Spirit communicates to give advice no matter where you are located.

I do not consent to any Video or Audio Recordings through phone Skype or Facetime unless you get my permission.
Be old school and take hand notes so when your new phone is old you will still have your original notes.

You are paying for a service. It takes time to conjour energy to conduct communications with your loved ones for advice and I do my ultimate best to bring clarity and advice from your guides and loved ones on the other side . I am not some big corporation who advertises or has signs in the window.
Payment is final for all services rendered.
Refunds are not given for my services.
I allow ONE rescheduled appointment if an emergency arises.
After that, payment will need to be made again to schedule a new appointment.
This is a business not a charity. You are paying for a service and the time it takes for me to focus on you. This policy is in place because you are the only one who can control your own free will or the decisions you will make after the advice given during your reading or the information Spirit or loved ones give you and what will come through during your session, I will tell you what spirit says that you NEED to hear not what you WANT to hear. I do not sugar coat. However, I guarantee that I will do my best to bring you the most accurate information as humanly possible that wil help you in whatever situation is going on.
On the rare occasion that Spirit does not connect to give advice, I will let you know and we can end your session and send you a full refund.
I will not predict death, or when you will die. That is Gods plan not mine.

Make sure your ringer is on, (or make sure Skype is ready and signed in able to receive calls). If you do not pick up the call after 3 tries of me calling you via Phone, Skype or FaceTime (whichever option you chose on your scheduling form) and after I try an email and giving you a way to contact me back within 15 min of our scheduled time and you don't respond, it is considered a no show and appointment is no longer valid. In the rare event of an emergency, you will need to contact me via email within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time to explain the situation and you will have 30 days to redeem the original reading paid for. This policy eliminates gaps in the schedule allowing paying clientele to schedule their reading with the most current available time slot.
